Pacific Energy Corp. was contracted by Guam Power Authority (GPA) for a five-year term to provide Technical Services for the MDI Power Plant. As a peaker plant, MDI frequently faced derating issues and challenges with outdated components. GPA relied on PEC’s expertise to diagnose critical issues, source OEM replacement parts, and oversee their procurement and installation, ensuring the plant’s continued reliability and efficiency.
