Pacific Energy Corp. was contracted by Guam Power Authority (GPA) for a five-year term to provide Professional Services for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of the Piti 7 Combustion Turbine Power Plant. Piti 7 Power Plant is a 40 MW GE combution turbine peaker plant for GPA. In addition to weekly reports with operational and maintenance recommendations, Pacific Energy Corp. managed all recommendations of Capital Improvement Projects (CIP) and Plant Improvement Projects (PIP), ensuring the facility’s infrastructure remained optimized for efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance.
