Pacific Energy Corp. is developing a renewable energy project across four sites on Guam, with a total capacity of 21.5 MW DC and an integrated 60 MWh Battery Energy Storage System (BESS). The project is backed by a 25-year Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with Guam Power Authority (GPA), with the potential for a 5-year extension. Expected to be completed by 2028, this initiative will contribute to Guam’s transition toward a more sustainable and resilient energy infrastructure.
